Hire of Facilities
Due to Covid-19, we are currently unable to hire facilities to the community.
Charles Weston School – Coombs has a hall/gymnasium and a multipurpose room with kitchen facilities available for hire by community groups or organisations.
It is a requirement that the group or organisation have an ABN and current Public Liability Insurance.
Organisations or groups will also need to provide a Covid Safety Plan, details of which can be found at Covid Safety Plan.
The school is not available for hire for private functions.
To request more information including cost of hiring the hall/gymnasium or multipurpose room please complete the request form.
Due to operational demands, the school requires a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice for any hire of the facilities.
